入學申請程序
（一）索取入學申請表
請於辦公時間內親臨本校索取或在此頁面下載。
（二）遞交入學申請
(a) 請於辦公時間內帶備已填妥的入學申請表及相關文件資料到本校遞交及辦理申請。
(b) 個人資料收集聲明
- 家長在申請表內填報的資料，本校將用作處理 貴子弟申請入讀的有關事宜。家長所提供之個人資料，於辦理入讀手續後，將給予有需要知悉該等資料之相關教師/職員或到校支援服務人員使用。
- 如申請的學生最終未有入讀本校，家長已遞交的所有相關資料將會在其申請入學的年度完結後全部銷毀。
- 曾入讀本校或已繳付註册費/學費而最終沒有入讀者，所有相關資料將會在該童退出服務後的第7個學年全部銷毀。
（三）面試及取錄通知
本校職員會致電或發信通知家長面試的安排，當年度的插班生會在面試後的兩星期內知悉是否獲取錄，而下年度的新生及揷班生申請人則留意「入學申請須知」。
（四）有關幼稚園幼兒班收生安排，家長亦可參考教育局的網頁

(2) Apply for the admission
- Parents fill in and sign on the application form, submit the application in person and bring along with all the documents on service hour.
(3) Interview Arrangements & Announcement of Admission Results

(4) Parents can also refer to the Education Bureau’s website on K1 Admission Arrangements in KGs.
